Forensics Class

Forensics class has been pretty alright to me lately. Besides the fact we had a quiz today and we are going to get an exam next week...yeah so maybe it's not that alright. But I try to make the best out of any situation.  I like the experience so far though. Learning about what officers have to do when they arrive to the crime scene and stuff is interesting. I also learned about what happens to a body after it dies, including how maggots get on the body and the things that they do to the body. I honestly feel like i'm sort of ready for the upcoming exam but as always anything can go wrong. It's like one of those things where you think you're going to do such an amazing job and then you get the grade back...and it's like what the...
But i'm sure i'll do fine, hopefully. Other than that every other class is going well. I'm just waiting for the year to finally end! To start a new chapter in my life.

Never Back Down

My favorite movie of all time has to be Never Back Down. This movie was about a teenager who lost his father and is struggling to maintain sanity without him in his life. Every time someone bad mouths his father he would instantly begin to fight with them, defending his fathers name. This causes his mother to take measure into her own hands and move the family away. In his new home, it was like a whole new experience for him. But one day during lunch he ran into some guys doing some ''sparring''. Long story short, he got into underground fighting in order to beat a guy who embarrassed him in front of the whole school and who kept bullying him and others.

The reason that this is my favorite movie is because as the title says, it taught me to never back down. No matter what the opposition is it's not impossible to overcome. No matter how many times you get knocked down, you get back up and you say ''is that all you've got?''. The struggles that he went through just to be the hero at the end, is so inspiring. You see all the hard work he puts in and you see it pay off. It taught me that family will always be there for you in your toughest moments, and those you have lost will never really be lost because their spirit will live forever inside of you. It taught me to stand up in what I believe in and most importantly stand up for those I care about.
